How to reset my password?
If you forget your password a new one can be requested via the website by following the steps below:
- Click Log in in the top right section.
- Click Reset password.
- Enter your email address and click Reset password.
The website will send you an email including a unique link by which a new password can be created.
How to create a new account?
Click Create account in the top section and fill out the registration form, then click Register. After your application is approved, you will receive an account activation email.
How to add or modify shipping addresses?
After logging in to the website, go to My Account by clicking the Logged in as... link in the top section and follow the steps below:
- Click View Addresses in the Account Details section.
- To add a new shipping address, click Add a new address, fill out the form and click Add address.
- To edit an existing shipping address, click Edit, modify the details and save them by clicking Update address.
- To delete an existing shipping address, click Delete and then OK.
During the checkout process, you can select from previously saved shipping addresses or enter a new address.
