Continental Eyewear are excited to announce the extension of our Cameo Collection with the launch of our eco brand, Cameo Sustain.

Below is the advert for this innovative new brand, which focuses on the product’s green credentials, and the exciting brand story that exists behind the concept of “reincarnated” eyewear:

The new Cameo Sustain range comprises of 13 models, all made from rPET material (recycled PolyEthelyne Terephthalate) packed in biodegradable polybags. The frames feature recycled plastic demo lenses, which are also fully recyclable. With 500 billion plastic bottles used every year, it takes just 3-4 plastic bottles to make one Cameo Sustain frame. Vitally, that means approximately 15,600 bottles have been recycled and reused when creating the first Cameo Sustain collection.
